Makes 3 jars
250 ml (1 cup) heavy whipping cream
80 ml (1/3 cup) whipped cream cheese
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Add all ingredients to an electric mixing bowl, and whisk on high until soft peaks form- about 5 minutes.
Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
